Refund

4In some cases, we guarantee the customer a refund on credit cards:

• If the client has issued the order, but we can not provide compliant software module with the version of the client.
• The order can not be executed in full.

In some cases, we can not guarantee the customer a refund on credit cards:

• If the client uses the modified software, under which there are conflicts with our modules. In such cases, we offer services to finalize the code for the software client.

The decision to return the money to the card is accepted leadership within five (5) calendar days. The money will be returned to the exact card that was made the payment.

Moneyback shall be made within 30 days to the card, which you used for buying.
